Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Output. website and client platform. Individual projects are additionally governed by the specific contract signed for that engagement, which prevails over these terms in case of conflict.
01Quotes and scope
A quote issued after a project brief is an estimate based on the information provided. It becomes binding only when both parties sign a project contract. Material changes to scope after signature are quoted separately.
02Payment
Invoices are issued through the platform and payable by the due date shown. Work may be paused on overdue invoices. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card details.
03Intellectual property
On full payment, all custom code, designs and assets produced specifically for your project transfer to you. Pre-existing components, open-source dependencies and our internal tooling remain under their own licences.
04Confidentiality
We treat everything you share about your business as confidential and will not disclose it without permission, except where legally required. We may reference the project publicly only with your prior consent.
05Warranty and liability
We correct defects in delivered work reported within the warranty period stated in your contract. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
06Account use
You are responsible for activity under your platform account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used to attack or abuse the service.
07Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated directly.
