Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Output. collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to outputnexus.com and the client platform.
01What we collect
When you submit a project brief we collect the name, email, company, country, phone number and project details you provide. When you use the client platform we additionally store your account credentials (handled by our authentication provider), the projects associated with you, messages you exchange with our team, and invoice records.
02Why we collect it
To respond to your quote request, to deliver and manage the work you contract, to issue invoices and process payments, and to comply with accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
03Who processes it
We use Supabase (database, authentication and file storage) and Stripe (payment processing). Analytics and email delivery providers may process limited data on our behalf. Each acts as a processor under our instructions.
04International transfers
We serve clients worldwide, so your data may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required.
05Cookies
The site uses a single functional cookie to remember your language and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and declining costs you no functionality.
06Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and you can withdraw consent for optional processing. Under the GDPR, the LGPD and comparable laws you may also object to processing or request portability. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
07Retention
Quote requests that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project and invoice records are retained as long as tax and contractual obligations require.
